Hell of a thing tho ! Just never know when you might just run into that rogue bear.
Had a situation here several years ago where some young girls were out painting things on trees on a nature trail and were stalked by a black bear. They split up , one managed to run for help while the other was hold up in an old cabin as the bear tried to get in. Scary Caca ! ... Happy ending on this one ... no one was mauled !
Can't begin to imagine what that fella went through !
I've never been afraid of bears and sometimes may be a bit bold around them but I do hold a healthy respect for the fact they are a wild carnivore. That incident could happen to any one of us. Law of averages !
