Winter is the time to enjoy the bounty of the season. Steaks and Chops on the Barbie are a common occurrence all through the year but but cold winters nights are the time to do a bit of experimenting with some of the more traditional dishes with the flavours of Ursus Americanus.
Here's a couple of mine.

Chorizo Stuffed Peppers

That stroganoff looks pretty good Tuck. Got me think'in that I haven't had any game on the table for a long time. What was I thinking? Had some delicious shephard's pie 3 nights ago. I love my lamb but venison is at least as good.
