If you're like me, there are books out there that we would all like to have in our collection. Some are by well known authors, others of a more localized nature. Either way they can be very entertaining and enlightening.
One book I would like to share with you was written by one of our very on members ...abner. The name of the book is ... "Bears,Bears and more Bears" It's a collection of 6 short stories of his exploits in search of Ursus Americanus through the hills of California. What it gives up in size make sup for in content. It is very well written and the perfect addition to your camp collection.
If you're interested in a copy just PM Darren at his given email address.

Thanks Tuk - I just found out that Amazon agreed to sell it and folks can order it straight from them. Just go to Amazon, enter this ISBN# 9781320784146, and it will take you to the book. As it stands right now, it says that it is out of stock, It isn't. If you order one, it will be delivered in 1-2 weeks.
For those who don't know, I had the honor of having Tuk write the forward to my book. His writing does an excellent job of setting the mood and leads perfectly into the adventures. I hope you enjoy it.

That's awesome abner ! Congrats ! (I gotta find those dancing banana smileys)
After reading the book I was humbled by your offer to do the Foreward ... Funny thing ... for as many books as I've read I never really thought to much about the Foreword , I read them but never analysed it. I actually had to do the google/wikipedia thing to figure out how it should be written! And I got a signed copy by the Author ...guess I got the better of that deal.
Oh and don't let sideswipes shy demeanor fool ya ... he's been known to tell a yarn or two as well. He has an uncanny ability of providing such descriptive detail in his writing it makes his stories an absolute joy to read.
Thanks to you both for sharing those with me.
