I must apologize for my absence from the forum. ! As founder of this forum it is my duty to promote this site and entice fellow hunters to join in, and hopefully become members.It's great to see that there are still visitors to the site and I hope that you feel compelled to join our merry band of hunters. Howdy Tuk, just like old times eh? Bear season long gone here. Guess the neighbor across the street felt sorry for me & brought me some backstrap, salami & pepperoni sticks from the Blacktail buck he got. About half of it is left. Grandsons found the pepperoni & it disappeared.
Gonna try for a ram tomorrow. Well guess I should explain someš He will be standing still, broadside at 100 M. Iāll have 2 min to get 5 rds off at him. Oh, did I tell you he is made of steel plate? Will do my best to put that blade sight & peep sight on him while standing up on my hind legs. My 45 Colt will put him down...if I hit him.
Not quite as stimulating as a big boar at 30 paces but better than sitting on the couch at home.
